Sierra Leone, like many developing countries, is experiencing a growing entrepreneurial ecosystem. However, many entrepreneurs in the country lack the digital skills necessary to compete in the global market and maximize their business potential. The project aims to address this gap by providing a comprehensive initiative aimed at equipping young entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations, and social enterprises with essential digital tools, skills, and knowledge to drive meaningful impact in their communities. The project will equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to leverage digital technology for business growth and success.

i. To empower 20 entrepreneurs in Sierra Leone with essential digital skills.
ii. To enhance the digital presence and online capabilities of these entrepreneurs’ businesses.
iii. To foster innovation and competitiveness in Sierra Leone’s entrepreneurial landscape.
iv. To create a supportive network among trained entrepreneurs to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Participants will acquire digital skills and knowledge in areas such as communication, accounting, social media management, cyber security, image/audio/video customization, presentation tools, data management, and project management tools.
• 10 startups (2 from each team) will have well-structured IT infrastructure to enhance their operations.
• Graduates will receive certificates, making them more competitive in the job market.
• An alumni network will support ongoing collaboration and knowledge sharing among program graduates.
• The impact of these empowered young entrepreneurs and organizations will be felt in their communities, contributing to social and economic development in Sierra Leone.
• Improved their online presence and business operations.
