The DreamDay Technology Fellowship is a comprehensive program designed to equip 20 young entrepreneurs in Sierra Leone with essential digital skills, enhance their online capabilities, and establish a supportive network for collaboration and knowledge crucial to thriving in today’s competitive business landscape. The fellowship, which is a sub-project of DreamDay Technology Limited called “Youth Education and Empowerment,” covers a one-month selection process, one month of training, and six months of mentorship, monitoring, and consulting. The training will be delivered both online and in-person, targeting non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and female-owned businesses in advancing their startups, non-profits, or social enterprises with a strong IT infrastructure. We are excited about the opportunity to foster innovation, enhance competitiveness, and create a supportive network among trained entrepreneurs.
